The Elite Rail Clamp mounts sterilily to the OR bedrail. The ergonomic head allows for attachment to table and adjustments to be achieved within the sterile field.

Option to use traditional fixed systems, or upgrade to S-Lock® Quick Angle handles, which may be used with any Thompson SL blade style.

Surgeons familiar with other ratchet-style ring retractors will find the Thompson RingTrack® intuitive to use.
